KHConnect Lite
Help anyone, in a minute.
One small app for both sides. The person who needs help opens it and reads you an ID and a password. You sign in, type them, and they decide what you may do.

How it works
Four steps, and they're in charge

They open Lite
It shows this computer's ID and a password. The password changes after every session.

You connect
Sign in to Lite with your email and a code, then type their ID and password.

They accept
They see who you are and choose: only see the screen, mouse and keyboard, or files only.

They stay in control
An orange frame shows it's live. Pause takes control back; End finishes it.
The person being helped
Nothing happens until you say yes
- The Accept window shows the helper's name, company or personal account, where they are, and whether they've helped this computer before
- Decline, or let it time out, and nothing connects
- Turn mouse and keyboard or files on and off during the session
- The helper can never click or type into your Lite windows
- Three wrong passwords and Lite makes them wait
- Nothing keeps running after you close it
