1. Agreement
These terms apply to your use of KHConnect and KHConnect Lite, provided by KioskHut, New York, USA. By using them you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account and everything done with it. Keep your sign-in secure and tell us at once if you think it isn't.
3. Permission to connect
Only connect to a computer you are allowed to access, with the permission of its owner and of the person using it where required. Never use KHConnect to deceive anyone or to get access they did not knowingly give.
4. Acceptable use
No unlawful use, no fraud or scams, no attempts to break or overload the service, and no access to other organisations' data. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. Your data
Your organisation's data stays yours. Our privacy policy explains how we handle it.
6. Availability
We work to keep KHConnect running and secure but cannot promise it will never be interrupted.
7. Fees
Plans and invoices are agreed with your organisation. KHConnect Lite can be used to receive help at no charge.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, KioskHut is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data or profits, arising from the use of KHConnect.
9. Ending
You may stop using KHConnect at any time. We may end or suspend access if these terms are broken. After an account is closed its data is deleted as our privacy policy describes.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, and disputes go to the courts of New York.
