Privacy policy

1. Who we are

KHConnect is provided by KioskHut, New York, USA ("we"). For privacy questions write to support@kioskhut.com.

2. What we collect

Account details: name, email, organisation, sign-in and security events. Computers: computer name, Windows version, agent version, online state and IP address. Sessions: who connected to which computer, when, for how long, and the approximate city and country of each side, worked out from IP addresses. KHConnect Lite: a computer ID kept on that computer, and a record of each request, decline, session and report.

3. What we don't collect

We do not record or keep the screen, keyboard input or files of a session. Files you transfer pass through our service to reach the other side and are not kept once the transfer is finished.

4. Why we use it

To provide and secure the service, keep the history your organisation relies on, prevent misuse, and support you.

5. Who we share it with

Service providers that run parts of KHConnect for us (hosting, database, storage, email) under contract, mainly in the United States. We do not sell personal data.

6. How long we keep it

Account details for as long as the account exists. Session history and logs for as long as your organisation keeps its account, unless your organisation deletes them sooner. When an account is closed we delete its data within a reasonable time, except where the law requires us to keep it.

7. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by writing to support@kioskhut.com. If your account belongs to an organisation, we may refer you to its admin, who controls that data.
