How KHConnect keeps access safe
Plain answers for IT teams, and for the people they help.
Encrypted connections
Every session, file transfer and command travels over encrypted connections between the computer, KHConnect's relay and the viewer. The relay checks each connection before passing anything on.
Two-step sign-in
Every sign-in asks for a code sent by email, so a stolen password alone gets nobody in. An admin can reset a member's two-step sign-in.
The right people, the right computers
Roles and team policies decide what each person may do, and per-member access decides which computers they can reach. Nobody outside your organisation sees your computers.
Consent on the remote screen
With KHConnect Lite nothing connects until the person accepts, and they can pause or end at any time. On your own computers you can require the person at the screen to approve a session.
A record of everything
Each session is logged with who connected, when, for how long and from which city and country. Each computer keeps a timeline of what changed.
Reporting misuse
Anyone asked to accept a session can report it from Lite's Accept window. Reports end the request and change the password. You can also contact us.
Never give access to a stranger
Nobody from KHConnect, KioskHut, your bank or Microsoft will call you out of the blue and ask you to install remote access. If someone does, hang up and call the company back on a number you already trust.
